食用方法一

芥末香雞丁:

1.雞腿去骨切丁備用

2.放入雞腿丁、芥末椒鹽、米酒、蒜末醃至10-15分鐘

3.將雞丁放入平底鍋煎成金黃色至熟即可

4.小黃瓜切條;白蘿蔔磨泥後濾掉多餘水份小黃瓜放入平底鍋快速拌炒加入芥末椒鹽

5.將煎好的雞丁起鍋;搭配著小黃瓜、蘿蔔泥、山葵醬,即可食用
食用方法2:1.涼拌雞絲熱一鍋水,將雞胸肉放入煮熟.蒟蒻絲川燙過水小黃瓜、紅蘿蔔切細絲

6.將煮熟的雞肉撈出放涼剝絲.蒟蒻絲、雞肉絲、小黃瓜絲及紅蘿蔔絲放入準備好的鍋子淋上調味料

(芝麻醬.溫水山.葵醬.蒜末.辣油.麻油依個人喜好作調整)
